The Ethical Glutton is the name of the food and personal chef service I run in Charlotte, NC. It's on the labels of the vegan comfort food line I sell of out Ecolicious in Plaza Midwood, and the logo on the class menus for the classes I teach at Cooking Uptown in Elizabeth. The pop up dinner parties, all vegan and gluten free, also fall under the (nerdy) moniker.
