I started NFP for two reasons.
To share any interesting recipes/flavors/techniques I discover while whipping up meals for friends and fam.
To brag about my personal cheffing prowess and give a peek into what hiring my services would bring to your table.
I'll work with you to tailor a plan to your family's specific dietary needs. Gluten free? No problem. Nut allergies? No worries. Kid friendly meals a concern? Trying to stay away from refined sugars and carbs? We can do this! I've been cooking for a long while and have extensive knowledge of healthy, whole food diets. I currently service two Gluten Free households in Huntersville and can provide references upon request.
I admit it, I love to eat (I mean, hey, that's what the gym's for, right? Right?!) - and take great pride in knowing where to get awesome, local products. Charlotte has become a very locavore-friendly town - ask me about 100% local meal plans! Easiest in the summertime but doable in winter, it's a blast to know that everything on your plate is from a farm or dairy within 100 miles of the Queen City. Eating a super-local diet is great for allergy prone people - as you expose yourself to the irritants around you in small bits daily, your tolerance for them increases.
