Panarama of Deliciousness, plus Garlic Study

Drought conditions are slowing the production on some of our local farms, but that didn't stop me from completely emptying my wallet at the Yorkmont Rd. Farmer's Market this morning. Apparently, garlic enjoys dry weather.

And then there's the rest:

Hiding in the back there are peaches so ripe that I smelled them 100 feet away. Since I finally thrifted myself an ice cream maker, they're soon to find themselves chillin' in my freezer, surrounded by yogurty goodness. Plus, I'd never seen purple okra before! So cool!
